Elligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are damaged, unauthentic, or different than described by seller

Process

• Buyers must initiate the return process by contacting SellVNTG support within 14 days of receiving the item.
• Once the return is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided for domestic returns. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds or store credits will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Conditions

• Items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
• Seller’s who mark their items as “final sale” do not offer returns
• Defective items must be reported with photos for verification.
